Franchise concepts should all work to incorporate a strong sense of uplifting culture and values to their system. Altitude’s Jump Life℠ mission is what drives us to reach new heights in the communities we serve, bringing residents the most fulfilling experience possible. Not only do we want to inspire families to jump in and enjoy life’s most memorable moments, we want our franchisees to reach new heights in their professional and personal development.
Our company culture at Altitude is “Work Happy!” We want franchise prospects whose values align with our own, which includes leading with authenticity, pride, proactivity, and young at heart energy so our employees and guests can feel at home – no matter which park they visit!
Altitude works diligently to create experiences and environments our employees can trust. We cultivate new strategies and encourage innovation amongst our teams. Our franchisee owners and franchise development team members bring an active interest to the communities our brand serves and value diversity, inclusion, and equality among all our parks. We’re proud of the people and programs that drive our parks and are continually looking to make a positive impact.
The Altitude parks provide a wonderful opportunity for nonprofit children-focused organizations to give kids the simple pleasure of jumping around and being active in a safe, clean environment. Camp Kesem Vanderbilt, a community focused on supporting children whose parents have cancer, brought their campers to the Nashville park for their annual Teen Reunion. Hosting their reunion at Altitude gave these young kids the chance to take a momentary step back from the difficulties their families face, and enjoy quality jump time with their friends.
“Giving them the time to jump around at Altitude Trampoline Park and hang out with their friends from camp, is exactly what they need every so often,” Camp Kesem Vanderbilt shared, “On Saturday, we could all see their eyes beaming, and I can’t express how happy that made our Camp Kesem community and their families.”

Foster children and their adoption recruiters are also frequent visitors to our parks and one child in particular who enjoyed his time at our Phoenix park is Tommy. Tommy is a 13-year-old boy with special-needs who likes sensory and rhythmic activities like bouncing on trampolines. Also 13 is Ta’von, a foster child who enjoyed a fun time at our Grand Rapids, Michigan park showing off his jumping skills and sharing how he would love to do more fun activities with a forever family.
Altitude is honored to serve the people and organizations actively looking to bring more play and smiles into the lives of children.
